Nearly got enough cash to go from RPW stage 3 to 4 - will the 390 injectors be enough to handle a stroker kit in a year or 2?

Most certainly 390cc will be good for anything short of a full race application

Just waiting for the redesigned conrods to arrive. I have also been working wit our crankshaft developer as well about getting better pricing but within the next mnoth, we will have two spare stroker kits ready to go on the shelf for future sales. Kit of pistons, conrods and crankshaft - direct fit without modifications.
Our test car is still being worked on but should be completed in around 6 weeks time

The test vehicle in question is being assembled as a short motor now. Took a while tog et the custom conrods manufactured but now have two spare sets of conrods in stock. Expect the vehicle to be up and running late next week. From there 1000km of break in and then back for final tuning and results.

Our test vehicle is now up and running and performing nicely. We did a very crude break in tune on the vehicle and feeding the larger turbo into the stock airbox with the existing air intake restrictions and limited boost to only 9 psi the new engine is already producing 185hp at the wheels. No real cam timing done at this time as it would be too time consuming to waste time fine tuning with the stock ecu. The new Haltech Elite ECU is going to be used to create a full plug and play solution for the complete removal of the stock ecu, as the Elite has full drive by wire control. No more laggy throttle

Once the Haltech elite is fitted, new air intake fitted and some real tuning done and this vehicle will be very impressive. Will be doing a full write up on our website with some photos but honestly, if you looked at the engine bay it looks nearly identical to a mildly modified Colt with normal mods. Boost curve so far is nearly identical to the stock turbo / stock engine setup which is exactly what we wanted.

Best of all, the engine bay looks very stockish nothing looks like it doesn't belong there from the factory.

Feel free to ask any questions on this you wish.

how do you think the stock gbox will go handling the increased load once engine is up and running full power?

There would be no issues with the gearbox, especially with the quaife ATB unit fitted. Gertrag boxes are strong by there very design.

Blake is racing his colt with like 260kw at the wheels, and has never had an issue with the gearbox fith ralliart LSD fitted.

                          Also what turbo you running?

                          And price on kit?

The turbo is our hybrid TD04 turbo that is a direct fit to the stock manifold (Or in this case our steam pipe manifold) and utilises the stock wastegate actuator and turbo exhaust outlet. We tuned a a stock 1.5 engine block with this turbo at 240hp at the wheels so with a stock turbo intake housing so with this new turbo which has a larger inlet housing, stage 1 camshaft and stroker motor, 280hp - 300hp shoudl e easily achievable.

Just waiting on an updated file from haltech so we can complete the installation and then run the vehicle up and tune. We are also building two other 4G15 stroker motors now for other customers. Working on another design as well - a 1.7 Litre engine block upgrade which will use parts from our stroker kit.
