Hi Folks!

I own an '06 Colt CZT with upgraded ECU-Software and estimated 180+ HP.

I read across this site and came accross some things I want to tell/ask.

Does the ColtR not have an integrated oil-water-cooler ant the oil filter?

The CZT uses 51mm piping from intercooler onwards.

hey alex mate,
sorry are you asking if we have an external oil cooler, or the fitting around the oil filter area that cools it ?

I was curious whether the ColtR has it because there was an extra oil cooler shown someplce here in the forum.

Yes, in front of the radiator.

But I cannot see what it should be good for. When the oil temp rises above 110°C or more better take a different oil, ie Castrol RS 10W60 or in very hot driving conditions change the water radiaor to a bigger one.

Just wondering is the small cooler circled in red the one that you are talking about?

The lines coming off the filter housing I think are the oil supply/return lines for the turbo - feel free to correct me if wrong!
