Ok guys,
Checked and found that HKS do made BOV for Ralliart Colt. However, it is stated that ralliart colt version is uncomfirmed, meaning they ain't sure if it works.

HKS SSQV will light up our CEL after the BOV vent off. Likewise for GReddy BOV. So I assume all aftermarket BOV will not work on our Version–R. There isn't any BOV kit designed for Z27AG (Version–R) at the moment.
The HKS SSQV and the GReddy kits are designed for COLT RALLIART (Z27A), the predecessor of our COLT RALLIART Version–R (Z27AG).

That is very true. Had someone who tried to put on a Blitz BOV and the exact same thing happens. But i'm sure if you mod your ECU to suit a BOV, it should work.....

I changed the HKS SSQV into my Colt Ralliart (CBA-Z27A) in HK and I am using EVO HKS SSQV which is fit for Colt Ralliart also. So I think 99% should be fit to Z27AG if you use Z27A HKS SSQV because Z27A most likely the same as Z27AG.

Actually, its not the fit that's the issue. Its really because the Z27AG & Z27A ECU are different and our ecu don't like it.

btw that BOV is not dual port and can only be set to atmospheric so if you want some nice fines and crappy defet notices - go for it ;)

Does anyone installed the SQV and find problems in the ECU ??

Me. Once the SSQV vented off, the CEL will lights and you can't throttle.

Something is different between the COLT RALLIART and COLT RALLIART Version-R. Though both models shared the same engine and same turbo setup, even the same ECU.
I guess its the ECU software that's different else Version-R hp will not be 154, 7 more horses than the COLT RALLIART.
Next year, 2008 will be exciting for the COLT RALLIART. Dunno what Mitsubishi has in mind for the COLT RALLIART variants on their R&D blackboard.

I was some website before in Japan that the differences between CR & CVR is the BAR. CVR is 0.6bar & CR is 0.5bar and that's why CVR can have 154PS and CR only have 147PS. Maybe this is the ECU settings problem.

HK don't have Version R. Torneo's having a Colt Ralliart (or Colt Plus Turbo in Singapore)

Yo brother, COLT RALLIART is not COLT PLUS Turbo in Singapore.
On Nov 05, Mitsubishi gave the new COLT (its NA and not TC) a facelift. Together with the facelift, Mitsubishi also launched COLT RALLIART (aka COLT Turbo) and COLT PLUS RALLIART (aka COLT PLUS Turbo).
Both the COLT RALLIART and COLT PLUS RALLIART shared the same 4G15 MIVEC Turbo engine and 6-speed CVT gearbox, with 147hp.
On Jun 06, Mitsubishi launched COLT RALLIART Version-R (to succeed COLT RALLIART) and a facelift to the COLT PLUS RALLIART.
Both the COLT RALLIART Version-R and the facelifted COLT PLUS RALLIART shared the same 4G15 MIVEC Turbo engine with 154hp. But for the Version-R, we have the choice of 5-speed manual or 6-speed CVT.

Actually, i make a mistake. Isn't Colt Plus Turbo, the wagon version of the Colt? Hence, Torneo's actually have the Colt Ralliart (or unwagon version of Colt Plus Turbo in Singapore) ya??
btw, do anyone know which model did mitsu actually started doing the extra chassic weld?? As far as i read, it seems that its only since Version R.

COLT PLUS is the wagon version of the COLT, both using 4A91 MIVEC. COLT PLUS RALLIART or COLT PLUS Turbo is the wagon version of the COLT RALLIART with 4G15 MIVEC Turbo.
The 30% more welding points started from Version-R. ie, 30% more compared to the COLT and COLT RALLIART.

That's good news. Me a fan of your HK Option Fans Magazine. Hopefully, workshops over there in HK like Top Racing will have something for the Version-R.

But all workshops in HK only resell things from Jap. Hence, whatever they can get, you can get it from singapore already.

Unfortunately, no big modification shop sell COLT VR or COLT Ralliart parts....always need to order and wait for a month at least.....
