1st Official RColt Meetup (Jan)

Hi all,

As promised, we should have our first official RColt Jan Meet (Sydney). The location and date/time is open to suggestion.

At the moment, i proposed 12/1 (FRI), 13/1 (SAT) or 19/1 (FRI), 20/1 (SAT) and a place with good lights if its a night time meet

Damn, not alot of interest. If any one still interested in meeting up tonite (20/01), it will still be on. If not, might have to try to organize another meet during Feb.

Hey guys.

I definitely wanna be part of this. Pickup of my car has been pushed back to Monday/Tuesday. I am going to be out and about driving it around during the Australia Day long weekend. Perhaps sometime over this long weekend?

I was planning a bit of a road trip. Not sure where yet. But either flicking down to tassie, or perhaps Melbourne, or perhaps up North a bit.. Not sure yet.. But if this long weekend isn't any good, then I'm always happy to flick up to the Sydney area some other time.. Would prefer to avoid the busy Sydney traffic in case some luny smashes into the new car, but certainly the outskirts or somewhere where you can actually do a bit of spirited driving sounds good. Even heading up North to Newcastle area would be cool. Much quieter, decent roads, nice beaches and places to go etc.

Any ideas?

Pity i will be working over that long weekend. hence, maybe some other time.

As for spirited drive, i have only been to the Royal National Park down at Syd South.....not bad, but abit bumpy. Maybe Putty Road up north... heard its rather demanding but yet very fun place for spirited drive.

not too sure about the long weekend, with the double demerits and extra cops on the road. but id love to do a putty road trip one day. if there is anyone else out there thats keen for a run leave a message here, we'll organise soemthing for everyone :)

Long Weekend Na not a good idea and the Putty Rd on the long weekend, No way the cops just love it so that they can add to the Police Commisioners christmas and brothel fund.

Let me know what you guys come up with im pritty flexible for the next few weeks:)
