Toyota is finally releasing the TRD supercharged version of the AURION. Its said to be priced at $56 990 or $61 500. Both comes with a 241 kw SC V6.

Why would you bother? Not much more power than a standard Aurion - like 35kW or something?

There is a TRD dealership opening near my house, solely dedicated to TRD vehicles.

I must say, it may only be 35kW more than the normal Aurion, but I bet it has a shitload more torque.

Yes, there's also upgraded brakes/suspension/interior, which makes it a whole package. Its good to know that they are not meant to rival locals like HSV or FPV, but more on the luxury performance cars like Golf R32 or Liberty GT

i reckon it will be fair quick, one of the guys in the magne club has a S/C ralliart magna putting out i think 214 at the wheels. think it did a 13.6 when it had 180fwkw but had a slipping clutch.

but i think the TRD could use a LSD with that much power
