OK..

So a guy I know (fair asshole) works at PWR. A mate of mine told me that his mate who owns a turbo Astra got a free Front Mount Intercooler because he left his car with them for 2 weeks to design a kit to suit that model vehicle.

So today I spoke to the guy who I know who works at PWR. His an asshole because his narrow minded and was like "We wouldn't do that for you because the Colt is not a popular car, no one does those up." I lol'd and so on and so forth because I believe most Colt owner's on this site have an aspiration to modify their cars and really, if PWR created a bolt on kit for our car, we all know it would be a success. After all, they made a kit for a turbo HOLDEN, I've seen about as many of those as I have Ralliarts (read: not many).

However, he did say that it would be a fairly easy process for them to create a "one off kit" if I did decide to continue and purchase a front mount. Personally I thought that was great news, gives us the chance to have a custom intercooler set up without the worry of having it done at an performance shop, PWR is well known for their quality of work and is a trusted company when dealing with intercoolers.

If anyone is interested in having a kit made, I'm sure I could speak to someone else other than this guy I know and if I get rough numbers on how many people would purchase, we could get the ball rolling. My guess is that the setup would cost around the $1200 mark and once the kit was designed, would be fairly easy to installat home.

Lets get some interest! I have about 3 weeks off Uni and this gives me a lot of time to sort stuff out :)
