Who's doing your Tax Return??

So, its the time of the yr where we all are hoping for a fat tax return. Hence the person that's going to do it for you, is vital.

So, what do you go to for your tax return? My tax agent stuff me up badly last yr (me waited 4 mths before the tax return actually come down and only 2/3 of the amount he told me would be :@) Therefore, pls recommend me or whoever that needs a good tax agent.

my girlfriend does mine...i dont know how but each year i usually get 1-1.5g back...lol.
but mines just simple pay and private health stuff, no property or offset stuff.

i need to use a tax accountant too, i still havnt done last years!!!!! and need to clame enough to drop me below 50k so i dont have to pay extra medicare.

ahah u normally wont get fined until they send a letter demanding you to lodge returns. Some people have lodged like 6 years worth of returns and nothing happens. If you are due for a refund everything is pretty peachy. But if you have a bill it will be back dated to the latest due date when the return was meant to be lodged. e.g 21/Nov 06

I had about 8 years of tax returns that I hadn't done
Yeah - pretty slack hey !!!
Anyway, I finally did them all and sent them in with an accompanying letter apologising for not having done them.
I think they'll be pretty good if you show that you did them without the TAX office sending nasty letters to you.
I wasn't fined for any of them, and got a couple of thousand out of returning them all at the same time.
I wouldn't suggest you take so long as I did though - I was packing it, thinking some men in suits would come knocking on my door and take me away !!!

i just meant you can send all your stuff up here and we can do it.. but you'd be better off going to a local tax agent.

ahh thank god as long as i make enough deduction last year, i roughley did it but never finised it cause i was going to break even with deductions, or with none pay $50
