Come and get your RColt.com cards

Guys,

I'm pleased to announce that our RColt.com card is ready for all members to pick up for free.

Me & Steve will be responsible for distributing to NSW members. However, we will need a person from each state to volunteer in organizing the distribution.

The idea is that i will send a useful amount of card to each selected state representative and he/she will organize a meetup with the members of their state to distribute the cards. This way, besides distributing the card, it gives you guys an excuse to meet up like the sydney siders ;)

I'm not into the whole card idea because it would be wayyyyy to hard to distribute here seeming as though there are no ralliart colts around AND that extremely limits the potential to create new users.

HOWEVER, I would definitely be in for a small sticker with that ralliart that is on the card and small simple writing "rcolt.com" to put on my back windscreen. Much more effective IMO, most people are behind me anyway :p

im sure another brother from up north would like a nice pack of cards to go in their car for when the see another rcolt to come and join us. 27ame, the aim is not to have a wicked cool website like boostcruisin and so forth, but if a new member can learn of the problems we have with tyres, and no that the gearbox noise is standard across the range, mate, id be happy if thats all they read and posted.

I fail to see where I gave you the impression that I thought the site needed to be larger and more 'cool'? I have NEVER seen a RColt in a carpark where I am, yet I have seen about 3 - 4 different ones on the road, hence the reason I said the sticker would be far more effective for us Gold Coast members. I think you'll find that however many RColt driver's the Gold Coast currently has will be the total amount we will possibly see here. I have a feeling the sales are herendous for Gold Coast / Brisbane dealers, especially since the major Ralliart dealer on the Gold Coast has had the same RColt in their lot since, well, a fair while before I bought mine. You want the site to grow, you want more people hopping into Ralliarts (this benefits everyone who owns one) and I really feel as if your not gonna achieve that with website cards. Yeah you can alert current owners to the website which they may find useful, but for us to really iron out the problems we are having with our cars (albeit very few 'real' problems) we simply need more RColt drivers and in-turn greater part availability and greater concern from dealers.

Wow, I went off on a tangent there.. :p

BTW, not a dig, just how I see things..

Oh and about the sticker design, unless you want something that looks like it was designed by a 2 year old, I suggest you ask someone else :p
