Well, I must say I am very excited. My new Rcolt will be arriving Saturday night from Brisbane. I will have a bit of work to do to get it registered down here in NSW but for 19K who cares.
Looking forward to catching up with a few members for a "cruise" through Galston Gorge.

My brother is driving it down and meeting me at Newscastle. I'll have it back in Sydney on Sunday afternoon.
I have a drive that I do that goes from Castle Hill, Maraylya, Gorge and home again. I have had no one beat me through the gorge in over 10 years so I'm up for any competition!!! :D

don't jinx yourself, LOL:D
Those hairpin corners on the up hill from Galston side heading to Hornsby might pose a minor issue for the rcolt when in 2nd gear & off boost...
Unless you guys are fast enough to go around in 1st at red line LOL
Fast or slow through Galston Gorge is a nice drive & is great for testing the handling potential of any car :)
sounds like fun, will see what im doing.
the 2nd gear boost thing is a good point.

ELVIS HAS LEFT THE BUILDING!!!
It's done. Most certainly one of the most risky things I have ever done in my life......buying and paying for a car that I have never seen and transferring cash into someones account I've never met....BUT...it's all worked out.
The RColt is on its way to Sydney!! Yeeehaaa

GOT IT! Let the games begin. The understeer problem concerns me but hopefully before too long this can be fixed with some suspension upgrades.
