Roadside Assistance Card

I've owned my RC now for just over 2 months, and I still haven't received the Diamond Premium Road Assistance card.What amount of time did everybody else experience until they had received their card?

Can't remember exactly, but i think within 2 months of buying the car.

Ring them up on 1300 794 795 (make sure you have your VIN handy).

I asked my dealer about it when I bought the car and he said that I wouldn't get the Roadside Assistance card as I was buying their demo model.
But then I rang up Mitsubishi, when I received my letter from Richard Emery which had the "money can't buy" Ralliart keyring in it.

Part of the mail said "We trust you have received your 5 year Diamond Premium Roadsie Assistance Card"
So I rang them up and said NOPE !!!!

They confirmed that their system had me down to receive one (even though the dealer said I wasn't supposed to get it) and then advised me to wait 4-6 weeks.
So I did that and rang them up again on Monday.
They said 6 weeks wasn't up and to give them a call back next Monday (6 weeks is actually up today).

So yep - if you haven't received it after 6 weeks, I'd suggest to give them a call !!!

I only was given the sticker that you are given when i take delevery of the car but i didnt get a card also.
