hey all just wondering who has changed theres i know matt has done his and would love to know from what car fits and is ther modification needed as i broke my slave today and need one asap to get to work thanks all !!

I got one from Rowan but it's cracked stupid car need Matt !!! I know he's done one to a metal one !!!

he got the corolla metal one...from his old car...just go to a wreckers wit the old one...and find one wit a similar penis length
and bolt pattern
or at lest u can drill your own bolt patter.

ok most of this is for rowan. sean i dunno what you mean about yours being cracked. does it actually leak? i mean the one you got off rowan? have you tested it?
ok elegnt basically i found any old slave cylinder that had the same approximate stroke and pin length. then drilled and milled up a 16mm steel bracket and welded it up. hardest bit was chopping the hole for the slave cylinder with a holesaw. took ages. its really a full custom job man but well worth it. brad and jem couldnt believe how much lighter it was than the stock clutch. if you can get your hands on a second hand clutch cylinder from something random just start playing mate and try and make it fit. remember its gotta be solid so no flex. the biggest pain was the hydraulic lines but ended up raiding a few cars on the property and it all went together.

thanks for that mate. i may end up doing this now. sean didnt end up grabing my last slave he just went and brought one. he stripped the blead bolt on his and reconed there was a hailine crack on the one off my car

jesus how do you strip the bleed bolt. bit too tight on the ol spanners hey. oh well live and learn. i will take some pics of my setup dude for ya

5Nm of torque required in manual. he used vice grips lol
