any good bug cleaners for paint? went for a long drive in the country and havent had time to wash the colt for a while :( now its kinda hard to get off.

Definitely want to get the bugs off ASAP, I let some locusts cook onto my bonnet for too long & now there is a permanent mark or two - I tried using a clay bar to remove any further marks, other than that it may have to be polished out.

poops. its been there for a while, i do wanna get the car polished but no cash right now. hoping theres a bug cleaner out there thatll at least get rid of the splat, i know itll leave a mark, just want the actual guts gone :P

wd40. seriously. you will need to wash it after with some regular car cleaning stuff to remove the wd40 but it will cut through the crap easy as pie.

I use the amourall bug and tar remover, that stuff is pretty good for here and there, not sure how many bugs have met their end on your car.

+1 for WD40 it works. It is also good for debadging your car, removing the sticky residue underneath factory badges.
