Yeah there is a USB but it says you can't plug the iPhone charger thing in it. It does have two RCA in plugs, I was thinking RCA to 3.5mm adapter plug straight into the top of the phone? Will it work but hahah

iPhone/iPod Touch have different software/OS whatever you want to call it to traditional iPods. There are not a huge amount of unit's that will completely integrate with them. That is the main reason I didn't but an Eonon a couple months ago. My wife's Sony single DIN is the closest I have found to have full compatibility.
It can "communicate" with the iPhone OS for audio playback via USB, but not for handsfree which is probably the only thing I would love to see it be able to do... it does confuse it a little having it plugged in to charge it as well as having it paired over BT at the same time.
Looking at the specs page (http://b2b.eonon.com/details.aspx?pro_id=993&product_no=D2210) the features to me are very contradictory of what it can and cannot do in regards with interfacing to audio devices...

Yeah I know but its just so cheap lol. If worse comes to worse and I cant play music from my phone I have a ipod and it plays DVD's so I will just burn a shit load of music onto one of those and listen to it from there. Still I love playing around with these things to try and make them work, definately giving a go what filofaith says and see if the standard ipod plug will play it but not charge it
bluetooth is fm quality afaik
FYI - fm is slightly inferior to mp3 at 128 kbit/s CBR
also, mp3 also doesn't support any frequencies below 16hz so they are audiophile fail

Thats alright, I will still be running stock speakers for a while anyway so anything below 16hz is very unreachable anyway lol

yeh, for the record, i'm a dj and audiophile, run an eonon on the stock speakers, sometimes run it thru bluetooth on the iphone when i have new tunes that i havent burnt yet
if you arent planning on cruising chapel st/fortitude valley/northbridge/the cross with your doof doof and 15 mates hanging out your window then i dont see the point in big stereos
the colts cabin is so noisy, it ruins any chance of a decent listening environment :)

Alba totally agree with you, cars are not the place to seek audio nirvana

Especially considering that amounts of noises that seem to fill the voids of the Rcolts every nook and crany
