Haven't done it myself but you need a tool called a 'baby elephant' - JDM boys know all about 'em.
It's filled with compressed air to about 100psi stuck inside the tyre while it's on the rim - flip the handle and it dumps all the air into the tyre and jobs done.
It blows the bead onto the rim basically.

I think I've got a HPI mag around here somewheres with a description on how to do it.
I'll have a hunt around.

Kinda like a garden blower, but pre-pressurised.

dude check out my member ride thread

i run 16x8 with 205

215 willnot be stretched

and unless you run zero offset you wont get the wheels out the guard like that. and then you will have to buy coilovers and your will scrub the guards everywhere you go. i wouldnt recomend going lower than my offset mate

+1 to rowans comment!

I'm running 225 on the rear of my 16x8 and it fills the guards perfect~ Anymore offset and i'm going to scrub~!

15s would mate, but seriously why?? you buy a ralliart colt to go fast around corner and round abouts not to drive around all slowpoke like a merc with cut springs on 20s.

its a car made for handling not driving slow round corners and bumps. if you want to do that buy a non turbo colt then i would tell you to do it. but not with the ralliart

get 16x8 +30 at the front and 16x8 +20 on the rear and you will be forever happy and run a 205 and you wont scrub

thanx for the reply elegnt the wheels wouldnt make the car any slower worse of in the turn i would lower the car maybie 1or 2 inches depending on how the wheels sit and I will be going to 15x8 with khumo 185x55 semy slick style tyres the guys orderd them for me

if your talking about the KU36 they wont be anywhere near as good as the a 205. I would stick with a 205 wide tire.

Not to mention the load rating would be too low for the tyre, but ahh well not like it going to be legal with your offset anyways lol
