Exhaust and Second Cat.

Has anyone done a full turbo back exhaust system yet.If so what was involved with the two cats fitted to the car.What is involved if i just fit one high flow cat to the system thanks.And if some has some pics that would be great.

It's from a member in our forum in Greece. It's a full system with one cat. It's all in Greek, but u can watch the pics! ;)

where are you located mate, Had a look @ their website and its very very bad...and I cant read the text and cant translate it either. Any way you can enquire them for me as to a price for just the headers, and delivery to Aus ?
if i can get a nice set of headers i will get the rest of the system made up here. Cause here is aus they want 1700 bucks just for the headers. And there is only 1 place we know of that made a set.

The price for the headers is 850€, but i don't know if they can ship to Aus. Also there is another solution which is @ 1100€ with similar output.

Hi guys,

over in Singapore, we have several setups for the moment which involve:

Down pipe Cat (after turbo)
1) customise downpipe w/o cat with flanges and just re screw back on to the rest of the system

Mid pipe Cat
1) removal of 2nd cat at mid pipe..but advisable not to remove silence along that section cos its gona very very loud.
2) customise 2.25 inch mid pipe with aftermkt silencer (very ideal setup)

Muffler box
1) operated stock muffler box (hard to detect for illegal mods)
2) aftermkt N1 type mufflers
3) YR Advance N1 type muffler (going to be legally approved very soon in Singapore)

of course...not forgetting bro tingtw setup which is using tanabe medallion full catback system.

yo bro,

currently we have not experimented on the xos manifold as yet. But if we were to leave our rides for 2 days, there are local xos workshops who are willing to come out with a design for us. cost is in the region of SGD500..

the reason some of us are not willing to do yet currently cos we are anticipating a change of turbo project which will affect the pipe runs and jointworks if we have a fabricated manifold customise for stock turbo.

but the good news is that if we want to stick with stock turbo, there are avenues to customise better flow manifolds. My last conversation with our YR ADVANCE rep in Singapore reveals a glimpse of hope as Japan could be exploring a bolt on aftermkt CVR manifold even. Our fingers are crossed on this...


As for the medallion tanabe, you can chk with tingtw...if im not wrong, its in the range of SGD1000 +/-
