I'm fairly clueless when it comes to car audio (guitars are my thing...not hifi). Is that a good unit? Good price? Its sorta shitty it doesnt have bluetooth built in but to get that you have to pay another $150 (see the second ebay link). Anyway, it has the options i and specs i want i think apart from bluetooth, pioneer is supposed to be great right?

Pioneer is one of the better brands of headunits. Along with alpine.

Best bet is to go into a store and try one out.

Only negatives with those ones with buttons down the side and disc input on the facia...

Smaller screen - 7" is better
Buttons are on the left - For left hand drive cars

But quality shouldn't be an issue...

What else are you running or planning on running in the audio setup?

I dont care so much about the screen size. I dont want it for video really. I want it cause it can run dvds with audio on them aswell as SD and all the other inputs. So paying... $250 + dollars more for a 7 inch screen isnt really a priority.

Speakers wise, not sure, was gona get the head unit first then buy speakers later. Not install it and use stocks but leave it in its box etc.

Any suggestions? Other head units, speakers etc.
