Anyone from Europe or Australia can verify whether KW coilover for CZT (Z30) can fit on Version-R? They look very promising:

Geo_'s reply to my question
the only Variant avaliable for Colt is Variant 2. Which is height and bound/rebound adjustable.
If you get onto them and get a price on the item and shipping to Aus can you please share it with us.
Cheers

The rear sping looks like it cannot sit well on the bottom mounting.

These are official pictures from KWSuspension website, don't think they will show such an obvious "defective" picture:p . I believe it's designed to accomodate minor bump or uneven surface before compressing string.
The rear sping looks like it cannot sit well on the bottom mounting.

In that picture, the car is not on the ground!

although i don't know the spring rate for the suspension, but since its a adjustable coilover, one can always specify when buying a set from the supplier. The Tein Flex on my previous 200sx has a uprated spring rate at no extra cost. Supplier said all spring costs the same, hence it doesn't matter which rate you choose.

It's not the same with KW, they don't have different types of springs as far as i know.

One Supplier for KW is inmotive (www.inmotive.com.au). I have driven a polo with kw v3 and they were great. But if you have questions you should ask the supplier.

Asked both German and UK dealers. Apparently they are not interested in answering me..

2.3k is quite decent price for a euro brand suspension.

A ha, and then it was cheaper....
Hi Steve,
The RRP for the KW Variant 2 coilovers to suit this model (European model designation Z30) is $2349 inc. GST, if you buy directly from us and pick up in Sydney we can offer them at $2240 inc. GST. I just checked with KW, they have a few in stock and we will ship from KW on Thursday, the next shipment will be in around 4 weeks time (we ship by air). Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best regards

LOL Tein Mono Flex (top of the range Tein's) go for like $2500, and these have electronic damper control. The Super Street Tein's (look like the same type of set up as the KW's go for just over $2000. I know which I'd get!

well 27ame, if you can find a distributor and a Real price, that would be much better that saying what you think you know with no evidence. Can you get the mono flex for the colt ....?
We are here to share, info and idea's, we1hu1 wanted a price and location for the kw which alot of our euro cousins use and recommend. Do you know anyone who can give you unbias view of the teins for the colt ?
we need this kinda information, not, i think there crap and their too expensive. Information, prices, distributors and not personal options are preferred from now on.

The quality of KW is far better than Tein, also all the KW suspensions are handmade! I'm not saying Tein aren't good, but imo KW is at the top.

Actually, sorry to say, but Tein mono flex ain't near the top of Tein's range. It's only mid range at most.
Geo_X: I think you mean the KW are all hand assembled, instead of hand made :p

Forget about Tein Super Street. As its name implies, it is for street. There are a few bros in SG running Tein Super Street, a tag too soft with both H or S-tech springs(spring rate is like 3 for front and 2 for rear?)

i concur with we1hu1 there...its basic compact that some are using for tein..but its really soft for the spring rates..
any way, u guys heard of d2 coilovers? thats another european brand...am looking into these...

Are you sure he/she has it on CZT???
That could only mean one very IMPORTANT thing:
KW Variant 2 can fit Version-R!!! (based on 90% confidence interval)
