Hi all, Just had my Factory R-Colt Wheels Painted Gloss Black after my husband just had his Wheels done on the EVO and I loved how it looked....
So I had to get mine done.
Here are a few pic's.
Makes the car look sooo much better/tough now and it matches the Black Wheel arches.

Looks great! I did the same but in gunmetal, certainly makes the colt look tougher, plus it integrates well with the black flares and side skirts.:)

Yep exactly !!!!
The Gunmetal was my other option.
Got any pic's of your wheels?
i'm going to opt for the matt black option because i'm lazy and can't be arsed keeping them clean :p

Well not in that picture.... Cant really tell in the pics but It's been raining here for the last 2 weeks so it's got heaps of road grime and dirty road/water spray on the sides and hasn't been washed, This has been the longest time it hasn't had a wash.:(
The only thing clean in the pictures are the newly painted wheels.
But my Husband normally keeps it SUPER clean and polished. (Same with all his cars)
When this rain stops I'll get it washed and polished and post up some super clean pic's. :)
Also up here in N.Q we have a problem with VERY High UV and the black bumpers/trim fades.
I used a product called "Forever Black" and it's a dye that lasts for life.
This is the ONLY product that has worked and almost a year on still looks new/black. It's the same Dye that OEM Manufactures use from factory

Looking good J Girl, and thanks for the Forever Black dye information as I too have been looking for something to keep the black trim from fading :)

Yeh, my 06 wheels look hot when they are caked with brakedust !!!
I feel like sandblasting my spare set and seeing the result .. gun metal / greyish rims look hot.

Haha yeah in that pic it just came off the jack and hasn't settled.
But yeah it does need a lower height.
