Hi guys,
I am thinking of getting some 18's p1 sf rims. Just wondering if its a good idea. Worried that i might not be able to turn etc. Will i need to get the guards rolled? Anyone had wheels of that size on?
Any info appreciated....
Cheers:)

With our oem rims so stuck within our guards along with our 4wd car height, i don't think it will be of any issue. Will definitely be interesting to see how a 18" look on our rcolt.

I've had 18 x 7.5 test fitted to my car, looked great and fitted fine.
Won't need the guards rolled and I don't believe you'd even be able to with our plastic guards. Guard rolling is normally for metal guards - You could maybe get some plastic flares made up if you really wanted!
I will definitely be getting 18's when I get rims, so unless you want to wait for me to guinea pig it, I'd go for it! :p

i think the silver colt is the one ausmotors has got on sale at moment...26,000ish in the paper. Back to the subject...it looks nice but i dont know if i want to lower it as i dont want to compromise the ride and suspension components. On the other hand i could look like a tool on 18s because i can see over trucks lol...

18's won't be a problem. and it shouldn't change your right hide as you'll be gettin tyres and rims with a similar circufrance
