I am looking to replace just the lowered springs for our Colt R,i know Kingspring do custom springs for any car, does anyone can help me to find out what spring rate for our factory spring ,so i can ask them to custom a set for mine but at least the stiffness must same as factory springs or higher, coilover kits are way too expensive for me but i really want to drop the car at least 30mm ,i know kingspring do have lowered spring for the normal colt and i think they can use on colt R as well ?

Personally, i don't advise to just change the springs as it will mess up your shock soon or later. But i don't think anyone will have the answer for you. Best is to get the shop to take it out and measure it.

As for kingspring has lowered spring for normal colt, it will not be useable for the fact that RColt's spring rate is already higher than a normal colt from stock. Hence, unless you know the OEM spring rate, or else you can't be sure if the kingspring is any harder than your current one.

i think 30mm lowered woudnt hurt because the standard shocks still have enough stroke .
I have already mentioned i dont know the factory springs rate thats why i post it to ask anyone know about it, you are funny lovecolt, you always say something which is not what people asked....................

found some ralliart springs for you white horse,
i cant read how low it drops it, but they are ralliart springs for the colt, and are just springs, not the whole setup.
Sports Coil Springs
part number: RA977648S1
cost: 46,200 yen

This particular RALLIART springs designed for COLT RALLIART (Z27A). It'll make our Z27AG higher when installed.

A brother here in Singapore already tried it.

That's because if that spring is for Z27A (normal colt, which has higher height stock), therefore its quite reasonable to assume it will make RColt higher.

Hi All,

My suggestion is do not change the spring alone. It will stuff up the shocks. And you end up spending more money on new shocks. + labour.

(Shorter length and same rate) spring will not work, coz your car will end up bottom out pretty often.
