We have a Fujitsubo RM01A on our Evo and it's a very good quality exhaust. It's one of those exhausts that doesn't drone at all. It's just like stock at idle and low revs, and only starts to scream above sorta 4,000rpm with your foot planted.
What size is this exhaust?

That's about $540 which obviously doesn't include taxes, shipping etc etc.
Neat looking exhaust without looking too much like a drain pipe - a good alternative to the pricey Ralliart exhaust.
Contact one of the forum sponsors for a pricing if interested.:)

I have no idea what that little "p" symbol is, so I'll go ahead and assume you mean 50.8mm.
50.8mm is exactly 2 inches. Far too small for our RColts!

that little symbol is the engineering symbol for diameter.

Small or not, i believe it got to do with legal restrictions. In japan, those big companies are closely monitored by the govt for the product spec nowadays. Therefore, you will find most big branded company produce more conservative spec products than small workshops (which will normally get away with.)
Either way, its dyno proven for mild improvement. Definitely good for someone who wanted the looks, sound, slight improvement in power, but still stay within the legal limit in Japan. Pretty sure they don't market this for overseas use, hence the conservative spec.

Ah ok. I've never heard of that regulation before!
No doubt a small gain - but it'll be just that, a small gain! I would think we'd need 2.5" exhaust on our little Colts!

Don't know about the details in their regulations, but the close monitoring on product specs in japan, was advised by YR-Advance when i was last at their shop in japan.

From the Fujitsubo website - http://www.fujitsubo.co.jp/prods/detail/000000000000001880/00000000000000004260/00001298
It sounds very smooth and nice. Just the sound i want.
Would you guys know if i connect it up to a custom catback. Would the sound change much?

Obviously it's not adding too much back pressure as it's producing more turque.
Obviously they started with an 08/09 with uprated engine as mine doesn't produce anything near 121kW and 22NM. WHY DOES EVERYONE HAVE MORE POWER THAN ME!!!!

@blaze...sound be heaps diff because u will likely remove the resonator after the 2nd cat
then get high flow cats...
prob not much sound change from dump n front pipe

It sounds just like every other car with a cannon, just depends how big a cannon you get.
Mine obviously sounds deeper as i have a longer wider cannon

You'll notice on the last image it's actually QUITER than stock. Produces a few more horses and tourqes at 5000 and looks a little more modest with smaller tip.
P.S. Macca is your rego WTF? WTF man?

That's awesome! I've been thinking the Colt needs new plates but I can't come up with anything cool for less than $2400!
RColt is available. as is RLIART, but being fully personalised it's too expensive. You know what, this needs a new thread....
