Well, i don't really know as its not mentioned in his/her blog. All i can do, is to write him a small translated message and in hope he/she will understand or give back to me.....

Didn't know ChoroQ had done up 1 for the Version-R. Will seek that out for my collections.

Hi guys,

Here in Japan at present.

I found one of the #15 normal blue/grey Colts from the picture above.. Got it from a model car/train shop in Tokyo. Its not that awesome Ralliart one with the bonnet scoop though! I'll go back to the big model shop tomorrow and ask them if they can order in the Ralliart one. They are usually fast in Japan for ordering in special items, I am here for this entire week, maybe if I order it tomorrow (Monday) it could be able to be here by Friday.

I'll report back about price etc. But yeah I would definitely say these would be on Ebay very soon. I don't have much luggage room left, but if they are cheap enough, I might be able to pickup a handful of them and bring them back to Oz then post to anyone who wants one. Only providing I can even track it down this week, no promises :( But I'll do my best..

Doh!!! Bad news, can't even get one for myself.

I went to the model shop. Massive one, the largest one that I know of..

Asked them (a) If they have any Ralliart Colt models, and (b) specifically if they have the CHORO-Q one.

He knew of the choroQ one and said it was some special edition one made in limited numbers and he doesn't know if they are making it any more. He definitely isn't able to order it any more, there is no availability showing up for it. Plus he said the Colt Ralliart is too new basically for any other models to be made for it. He had models of virtually every other recent car. So DAMN.

I honestly think that in about 1 year from now, they should be popping up all over the place. Its just too new basically. 2 years ago, there was a few K12 micras/march's available, but not all that many, and this trip two years later, I am seeing a lot more models of this car around now.

So... Our cars are too new! :(

Yeah what a bummer. I'll definitely still keep an eye out on my travels over the next 5 days before coming back to Aus.

I went to another large model car/toy place today after the first one, and again no luck..

Actually, I've only spotted one Ralliart Colt in Japan over the past month. It was parked in the driveway of a house in the outskirts of Kyoto funnily enough, up in a windy mountain nice suburban area..

Damn I miss driving my colt though.. Can't wait to give it a run when I get home.

Got a few other Choro Q models though. Honda LIFE, Daihatsu MOVE Custom and some funky K cars like that.. Lots of that kind of thing driving all over the place, very very popular. Also Suzuki Wagon R RR.
