Spring Rate of stock suspension

Hey Guys,
Anyone know our stock spring rates F&R?

Bumping this as i would also like to know. I find our stock springs pretty stiff already as even on stock suspension i crash over potholes quite badly :( Theres obviously enough stroke! Would like to compare them to Pedders, Kings and whatever is out there.

I too have wanted to know, nothing in the w/shop manual about it. I have contemplated for ages whether to fit the kings in my car, but have decided to leave the suspension stock. Farily well tuned from factory, just needs a cusco rear sway bar, and i'll be happy.
