Mitsubishi Motors on 09 May 07 announced the COLT RALLIART Version–R RECARO Edition.

Product Summary
RECARO full bucket seats for driver and front passenger as standard.
UV and heat protected glass and water repellency front door glass as standard.
Black colour instrument panel.
Evo IX MR leather shift knob for MT.
4 speakers maintained as standard.
Version–R decal on left and right lower body.
Version-R scuff plate.

On sale from 10 May 07 onwards.

hmm......no real difference from what we have. Hopefully they don't charge a extra 10k for that :p

yeah ting,
we have the seats, the black plastic cluster the leather shifter and the version r scuff / ralliart plates already as standard. I think lovecolts right, just a special "addition" to charge extra for.

Also, there's a price difference of 105 000 yen, which isn't too bad except when this car arrive to Aus or Singapore, it will most likely be double of that amount.

Conclusion: It will be the same RColt we have except a extra set of side sticker, front window tint and a different scuff plate. And for the black color instrument... isn't the normal colt or CVT RColt has that??

Yep exact same as ours, except I believe we have a better gear shifter :D

Love that colour, wish it was available when I got mine.

I love the black interior. Goes well with our sporty image. Singapore RColt interior all are dark grey with dark blue. Australia RColt should be the same right, instead of the black as in the RECARO Edition?

Hang on - the dash is what colour? Our dash is blue - which sucks, it would look so much better in Black. However, the rest of our interior is black.

yeah i asked the dealer why it was blue, he said it conducts less heat....
to which my reply was, well im buying a black car the the rest of the interior is black. Noted that the large dash is because it sits pretty much over our engines. I guess whatever can keep tempts down is a good thing, even if it is a blue dash..

That RALLIART emblem will add another 20 horses to your COLT. Will also make you shifting faster.
