Ok, here's a question for new colt owners: did anyone mounted a side number plate, like on Evo? Would defo like that, since i want to leave the entire front end stock black and to mount the plate on the left side, but on a special plate holder. I don't want to mount the plate directly on the bumper.

i havnt seen one yet... would not be that hard to do just buy a number plate relocator... example below

Man way to rice lol it might block flow tongue intercooler. In Australia our slimline plates fit the front bar perfect and look good aka the one in fills sig.

The reason for the side mounted number plate like on an EVO is to not impede airflow to the intercooler. The RColt has a side mounted intercooler and gets air from the left hand side lower intake in the bumper. Effectively all you're going to do is block airflow to the intercooler.

he's from continental europe so would probably mount on the other side (being kerbside)

maybe he has an intercooler planned to be installed as well?? and may not have slimline plates so side mounting it is only option??

Maybe he's doing a RWD conversion and installing a liftkit with HUGE 4WD tyres and is going to fuel the car with nitro Diesel race fuel? :D
