17x7 inch wheel offset ?

Does anyone know what offset of the rims if upgrade to

17x7 inch without touching the guard and strut or rub

the tyres even lowered to its lowest possible height .

Our standard rims is 16x6.5 +43offset, should we go

lower than 43 or higher than 43 offset to match ?

running 16s with a 38 and when i think about it the enki rims that ralliart use are 35 i think
