Finally we were able to confirm this valuable information: The gearboxes from Colt Ralliart-R (Z27A) and Colt CZT (Z73A) are actually identical.
These two have the same gearbox codes.
The thing is now that Cusco and Ralliart LSD can actually fit our own poor CZTs; however the problem comes to fitting.
Nobody in Europe is entitled to open / repair such a gearbox, except of course for the central manufacturing plant.
This leaves us with the handicap of not having ANY spare parts for the gearboxes.
Has anyone with a Colt Ralliart-R installed one of these two babies and if yes, would you be so kind to provide us with which spare parts / product codes were needed?
Also a small description of the whole procedure would be great help!

yes it would, and maybe some part codes for the lsd and the extra parts needed.
( part number can be found on the ralliart jap site )

Quote pulled from one of our members that has one installed.
( Regarding the LSD, dun think so. The Jap engineers are simple too good for their own Jap cars. To install the LSD inside the gearbox, the stock open differential (also inside the gearbox) has to be removed and replace with the LSD. All mechanical works, plug & play. Dun see it will affect anything on our ASC. )

Would be great if we could have some feedback / info from tingw.
His Colt Ralliart-R is surely a reference for all of us!

I own a CUSCO LSD but haven't install it yet. Will be doing so at the end of the year together with my Endless brake kit.
Like what I mentioned in my earlier post. Its plug & play. Go to your favorite workshop, open up your gearbox, remove the open differentiate, drop in the LSD, close up the gearbox and you're good to go.
You dun need any spare parts.
One thing you got to bear in mind, be very sure your favorite workshop done LSD before. If they're expert in it, they should be able to advise you on the procedures when you consult them.

No extra parts needed. Just order your favorite, either RALLIART (1.5-way) or CUSCO (1-way) :D
RALLIART cost more than CUSCO.

Technically speaking, what is exactly the difference between 1-way and 1.5-way LSD?
What is generally better / recommended?
