Hey all.
Anybody can show a picture of Colt installed on oil jet(or oil injector?!)? I do need to be installed in my motor, since I have a 4G15 previous generation.

The oil jet on the new colt is due to the added turbocharger.
It bacically cools and lubricates under the piston

I understood 4G15T engines already had oil jets for the pistons..
So basically, what are you planning to do? Build a turbo version out of N/A 1.5l engine? If so I don't think you will much information here since I doubt anyone else has done it before. Anyway good luck with project, if you can finish it post some pictures of the ride :)

There are nozzles for the filing of the oil in the piston, as there are for cooling the piston oil spray (as in z27a)
My friends usually have 4G63T or 4G62 mivec in Colt(CJ).
I have 1.5 years doing this project. Each step is repeated to calculate and verify. Previously, nor do such work is not done. My engine is 4G15 DOHC (japspec). Now seeking a firm(maybe Cp-pistons...) that manufacture pistons on my drawings.

So basically what you are asking is that you would like a picture or diagram showing the actual oil jet/squirter for our particular engine? Macca, do you have a pic from the workshop manual?:)
