if you're willing to sell the front gaurds, bonnet, bumper & headlamps it'd make a friggen awesome BBQ :)

I don't know about other states, but in QLD you have to sell a car with a roadworthy by law. Sounds a bit suss... I would be doing REVS checks.

errr wtf are u on about? how would you sell a track car with a roadworthy?
as far as i know you don't need to sell a car with a roadworthy unless you intend on selling it registered. Alternatively it can be made the onus of the purchaser to obtain the roadworthy.

For piece of mind anyone purchasing a vehicle in victoria should purchase a vehicle information package online from VicRoads.

Where does it say it's a track car? If it's not registered then it won't need a road worthy, this is correct. If it is registered then it will need a road worthy, but I fail to see in the For Sale ad any mention of a track only car?

it didn't say it was a track car but i was suggesting that you don't require a RWC to sell a car like you stated.
