I'm thinking about this mod. Since we are not going to have a front mount intercooler soon (at a reasonable price), hence this provides a very good alternative option to allow us to cool our intercooler. Also, this is good for cooling our water temp when its fitted at the radiator.

The main kit is really for intercooler, but with a optional extra kit, it can be used on radiator as well.

Description:
FEATURE
Keeps excessive heating down and allows continuous
driving runs, with power.
Decreases temperature for in-going air to the intercooler, enabling better combustion and increasing air intake amount for more power.
USE
There are various ways to cool your intercooler.
It can be set to spray continuously for a span from one to five seconds in one second intervals. Also the spray interval can be set at 3, 4, 5, 7 or 9 seconds. Other settings include continuous spray for a period of 15 seconds to 3 minutes maximum and ability to turn on at a pre-set rpm level. Of course the settings stop automatically when the tank is empty.
ADDITIONAL FEATURE
With the optional Nose and Hose Set fitted, the radiator will can be water sprayed as well.
FITTING
This widely available CUSCO product is made
to fit all models.

Hi bro LoveColt,

Where did you get your cusco spray from ?

Does 260 come all in with the tanks , nozzle , pipes and such ?

:D

It should be easy if you know how to hook up power to the control unit. But since we can set to trigger the spray via a pre-set rev point, i think it might be abit more complex than what i said.

Either way, i'm getting my mechanic to hook it up for me (for cheap or free :D)

Just received my Cusco Water Sprayer. Me got owned. First of all, the post office forgot to put a delivery card on my PO box. The parts are there ages ago and i only find out after checking my EMS reference number. Secondly, i realised that i need 2 nozzle kit for both radiator & intercooler.

Here's the pic:

At the moment, i'm too broke to get it put on. Hence, have to wait till next month :(
