A/C dries the air out, which is why it works to get rid of fog, you can use it with hot air.
also have your vent set to fresh air.

i've used rainx anti fog and it worked,
soap also works, but would leave a residue.

mm i have to say that the colt fogs up so much more than any other car that i have experienced
Believe it or not, but Toothpaste works really well.
Just put some in a rag, and work it in till its all clear... And its keeps your interior Minty Fresh.
Also, a Potato cut in half also works well. ;)

That's just WEIRD!
If you want to reduce how easily the vehicle fogs up you need some sort of desicant inside the cabin. The lower you can get the humidity, the lower the dew point of the air, and the less likely your glass will fog.

Rai x (or fog x?) works fine.
Do it during the day, when it is sunny .. use a wet rag to clean the windows of all the grime and shit. Then a little windex, then rain x with a no lint rag.
Works well.

The real trick is to get you inside window really really clean. Yes when the cars are new the fumes from the new plastic does make an oil film on the window as does armour all.
Now if your fogging in side use the air con, if your fogging outside use full heat + air con and a window open
That de fogging process works everytime

Yeah, and it doesn't really do much to protect the interior, unless your car is more than 10 years old and wasn't subject to UV testing.
the armor all contains silicon oil, and leaves a hazy residue as it gets evaporated from your dash (and that shit is REALLY hard to get off)
From what I've read, if you want to keep your car smelling like a new car for as long as possible, don't eat/drink inside it, NEVER EVER use an air freshener, as the organic materials in the perfume get deposited on the heat exchanger for te AC/heater and break down and make the car stink.
Also keep the humidity levels down in the car using a desicant of some sort (you can get large silica-gel desicant packs) or leave a tray of damp-rid in there to soak up excess moisture. If you have access to chem reagents you can get a humidity salt like lithium chloride, which will maintain the cabin at 25% RH constantly (but it will dry out your body as well if you're in there with it)

that sounds excessive.
a good clean and using the a/c when needed should be enough?

When motorbiking, my mum used to give me Amway 'Fog Off' and I used it on the inside of the helmet visor and it worked a treat... Not sure if they make it anymore...
Any fogging up of the windows disappears so quick when AC is set properly I honestly didn't think it an issue... And still don't :p
