Thanks for the info. I think i will get the Carbing Heat insulator. I saw your post on colt-cz community, where you mention the Carbing Heat Insulator includes a pipe to mount our air-fuel sensor, ya? Did you do all your mods in 1 go, or do it 1 by 1? How does the pod filter feel? I mean, our car felt heavy when off boost and normally, a pod filter will lose some inital torque and gain more in the later rev range..... Despite how much i love to make my car rev freely, i hope i don't lose further torque on initial acceleration.

Thanks for this infor tingtw. very helpful. I'm thinking of getting the lower arm bar, suction and intake kits, heat insulator and grille plate. Have you got any of these mods yourself? and If you do, how do they affect the car?

Yo brother. The grille plate can't fit our car, meant for COLT RALLIART. As for the 4-point lower arm bar, there's already 1 that came stock with our car. But this CARBING lower arm bar is almost 1/3 the weight of the stock bar. I sold my stock bar to the COLT PLUS RALLIART community and put on this CARBING bar.

As for the suction and intake kits, I'm using RALLIART instead of CARBING. But all serve the same purposes. By changing to metal pipings, it'll improve torque and responsiveness, as mentioned on RALLIART web. We all know that things move faster on a smooth metal surface than a rubber surface due to friction.

Yes, the CARBING Heat Insulator comes packed with a MAF sensor adapter pipe to mount your stock MAF sensor.

Did my pipes first then waited for 2 -3 months later then change to open pod with the CARBING Heat Insulator.

Yes, you're spot on regarding the initial loss. But can be overcome by dropping a gear.

If you want your car to rev freely, then let me recommend one mod for you. I just fabricate a straight thru downpipe to match the rest of my catback exhaust. The results is fantastic. Basically, my exhaust now is total straight thru except for a resonator box on the center pipe.

First gear can now rev freely to 5k without problem. 2 days back even experiencing wheel spins on 3rd gear. Boost also built up easily after 1,500rpm.

Is there an online shop that can provide us with these goodies?
Damn I wish we had so many possibilities in Europe.

Thanks!

Sad to say, none. We here in Singapore ordered thru local workshop. Furthermore, Japanese online shop doesn't accept foreign credit cards. I believe there should be a few good workshops there in Europe that deal with JDM items. Though they may be charging rocket high prices
