Hi!

I think I might as well put it up here. Don't know if it is the same with the ralliart colts, but I think it should be almost at the same method.

Attention!
Just some short information! This was made on the passenger door with only ONE button for the electric window. I do not take any responsibility for any damages caused by yourself by following this guide lines. I did this way and that is what I am going to write about.

First step...

There is total 4 screws holding the door, you can see where the screw is located on the pic. The 1st one is on the opening handle, remove the plastic plug to see it. 2nd one is behind the closing handle, remove the plastic cover with a screwdriver. 3rd and 4th screws are right under the door panel, easy to find. Do also unclip the panel that holds the button for electrical window to make it easier.

Step 2...

Remove the panel that hold the button for the electric window that you unclipped with a screwdriver on step 1. Do also remove it from the door panel by loosing the cable attached.

Step 3...

Let's start unclipping of the door panel since it is now only held by clips. I started with the rear side since I thought it was a more sensitive spot. Note that I stuck a screwdriver between the metal and the panel, please use a towel or something around your screwdriver to not scratch the car. This pic is only a pose! Then just bend the panel of. When you made the space between the door panel and the door/metal, use your hands to carefully pull the panel out by going around the door panel until all clips are off.

WARNING!!!!!!
Be carefull not to pull off the whole panel at once! The cable for the tweeter is very short! Carefull not to pull it off or damaging it!

The door panel is then hooked in the edge of the top side. Just pull the panel upwards, AFTER unclipping it, to hook it lose.

Step 4...

Like said in step 3! Be carefull with the cable to the tweeter! Remove the tweeter from the panel by bending it out with a screwdriver. Do also slide the door opening handle carefully through the hole.

Here is the 5,25" speaker on 15W and VERY thing!

Last step...

Now that you have removed it you can do whatever you want and then set the panel back on. However I do how some recommendations when getting it back.

It's easy to set it back on again, just do the same thing but reversed... The extra tip I wanted to give you was to make sure that all clips is on the door panel and not still on the door metal (see the pic). If some clips is still on the door, remove them with a screw driver and place them on the door panel, otherwise you will break many clips as I did. The "?" places are where the clips is still on the metal door. The red marks is where you had the 2 screws at the bottom of the panel, make sure that the clips to those are on the METAL SIDE (different from the other clips)! The purple mark is where you hook the door panel back on the door.

Hope you understand my bad english! If not... just ask!

The only problem I had after getting it back was the purple mark... it is abit higher than before, but I can live with that. I will evetually try to fix that later when changing the speakers.

Thanks a lot, I am glad you like it... T-connector guide will be following up on how to get 20bhp very very cheap if I succeed :)

Before you go ahead and install your T connector I suggest you contact Iggy (The manager of Gow Street Smash Repairs) He has been building turbo drift cars V8 super utes and class winning Bathurst cars for years. Then Id get a second opionion from Rick Shaw Rotary at Concord before undertaking this work.( He's a turbo specialist with Bathurst Class wins so they both have real time tuning experiance. A litttle advise may save you a lot of greif later on:

It not as simple as just adding the tee connector to your Turbo there is a slight recalibration of your computer needed to be done: When I spoke him about this exact issue last Thursday he suggested that I did not undertake this work until the car had at least 15,000ks on the clock. This way the engine will be around 75 to 90% run in and the fuel mixtures can be ajusted more accuratly.

Great that you mentioned it... I was going to try it next week, but I guess I'll wait for a while longer ;) Thanks! :)

I think I read about someone getting the hole vaccum hose off once, he did 1,5 bar turbo pressure. But I don't remember where I read it and if he had any problems
