Without killing the mod culture, even if it is legal and looks good what do the insurance compaines think of the change and how much do you have to tell them what has changed. I have had friends who do the right thing and pass on the mods and then the insurance company drop them like a rock.
I had a small accident were someone ran up the back of me and was of course not insured. So when I claimed the inspector started checking the tyres and lights to make sure my car the one who was hit :rolleyes: was roadworthy before they would even start to process the claim.
I would trust a politician before a insurance person any day.

I was actually looking up whether GT wings were legal....but there isn't really anything specific on the dotars site....from what im gathering though a GT wing itself if it has no sharp edges isn't really illegal u just require a centre breaklight on the back of your car which is still visible? Can anyone correct me? or found anything on their endeavours?
